Hellenic Night and Golden Night brought Erbil’s business and property communities to Nexora’s rooftop for two evenings of presentations and conversation.

Nexora Residency hosted Hellenic Night on 29 August and Golden Night on 30 August 2026 at the rooftop of its Erbil office. The programme connected an introduction to Greece with the opportunity to ask questions in person.
Two Audiences, Two Evenings
Hellenic Night welcomed the city’s wider business and institutional community. Golden Night focused on Erbil’s property offices and brokerage community. The separate guest lists gave each evening a different setting for discussing property and residency.
Nexora’s account records 174 guest confirmations for Hellenic Night and 143 for Golden Night. Presentations were delivered in Kurdish, with live interpretation into Arabic and English.
From Presentations to Conversation
Nexora introduced the property and residency process. Future Development presented a selection of Greek properties, while 1001 Businessmen discussed commercial and professional opportunities in Greece.
The rooftop setting gave guests space to continue their conversations after the presentations. Questions moved from the overall programme to the practical details of individual properties and the steps involved in a purchase.
