RJ & Co. Holdings did not begin as a holding company. It began as one production business in Sulaymaniyah, and the structure was built afterwards to hold what that business became.

An empire is not a collection of assets. It is a structure — one that survives a bad year in any single market, that can move capital and capability from where they are idle to where they compound, and that holds every business inside it to a standard the market can rely on.
That is the work: not accumulating companies, but building the structure that makes owning them worth doing.

To found and operate businesses in markets we understand, capitalise them from our own balance sheet, and stay accountable for how they behave — to clients, to regulators and to the people who work in them. Where the group operates in regulated markets, it does so through licensed entities and takes that obligation seriously.

How it was built

2015
UE Group — Unique Engine — is established in Sulaymaniyah. UE Productions is co-founded in the same year, and becomes the group's first operating business.

2016
UE Group launches operations, with a corporate office in Erbil alongside the Sulaymaniyah headquarters.

UED Creative is co-founded, extending the group from production into digital creative, social and paid media across Erbil and Sulaymaniyah.

2023
UE Capital Ltd is incorporated in Saint Lucia — the group's first move into regulated financial markets, operating its own MetaTrader 5 main label rather than a white label.

2024
Atlas Prime Ltd is incorporated, adding a multi-asset brokerage regulated by the FSCA in South Africa, a Dubai technology entity, and the Atlas Prime Liquidity institutional desk.

EcoTrade Ltd is incorporated in Saint Lucia. The group's property and technology arms take shape around Nexora Residency, Vertex Intel and Korex.

Build it before you hold it
The group's companies were founded and grown from the inside. That is what earns the right to set their strategy, and what makes the advice we give each other worth anything.
Licences are not decoration
Where a business touches client money it operates through a licensed entity and is run to that standard — not to the minimum the jurisdiction will tolerate.
Own on a thirty-year clock
Capital comes from our own balance sheet, so there is no fund life forcing a sale. Businesses are kept while they compound and fixed when they do not.

“I did not set out to build a holding company. I set out to build one good business, and then could not stop.”
We started in 2015 with a production company in Sulaymaniyah and almost no capital. What we had was the ability to finish things properly — to take a brief and deliver it at a standard the region was not used to. That reputation was the only asset we had, and it turned out to be enough to build everything else on.
Digital came next, then media buying, and with them the discovery that the hardest part of any business is not the craft but the operating discipline behind it. When we moved into financial markets, that was the thing we brought with us. We built our own trading infrastructure rather than renting someone else's, took the licences seriously, and learned the business from the inside before asking anyone to trust us with it.
RJ & Co. Holdings exists because seventeen companies need something to hold them — a structure that can move capital and capability between them, hold them to one standard, and outlive any of us. That is what we are building. It is not finished, and it is not meant to be.
