RJ & Co. Holdings

Where Vision Becomes Empire

A holding for growth.
A structure for an empire.

RJ & Co. Holdings is a privately held group that builds and operates companies across five sectors — finance, investment, media, property and technology — from the Middle East to Europe, Africa and the Caribbean.

The group

We don't hold companies.
We build them.

Most holding companies acquire. Ours was assembled the other way around — operator first, structure second.

The group began as a single media and production business in Kurdistan and grew outward: into digital and media buying, then into regulated financial markets, then into property and the technology that underpins both. Every company in the group was founded or built from the inside, not bought as a line on a balance sheet.

That history is why the sectors reinforce each other rather than sit side by side. The brokerages share infrastructure and risk expertise. The media businesses give the group its own creative and distribution capability. The technology arm builds the systems the financial companies run on. Capital moves between them with the patience of an owner rather than the horizon of a fund.

Why the structure works

Built by operators,
held for the long term

I

Operator-led

Every company in the group was founded or built from the inside. The people setting strategy have run the desks, the studios and the sites themselves.

II

Regulated foundations

The group's financial businesses operate through licensed entities, including an FSCA-regulated brokerage in South Africa and incorporated companies in Saint Lucia and the UAE.

III

Shared infrastructure

Trading technology, risk intelligence, creative production and distribution are built once inside the group and used across it.

IV

Regional depth

Deep roots in Iraq and Kurdistan, with offices and operations reaching Dubai, Doha, Athens, Cape Town, Lagos and Mauritius.

V

Patient capital

The group invests from its own balance sheet. There is no fund life, no exit clock and no pressure to sell a business that is still compounding.

VI

One standard

A brokerage in Cape Town and a production house in Sulaymaniyah are held to the same expectations of governance, delivery and conduct.

“Build the company you would want to own for thirty years. Then build the structure that lets you own thirty of them.”
Rezhwan Jaff — Founder & Chief Executive Officer
